Setup Instructions
In order to setup the Reach App, you need 2 things: the App ID and a generated App Token.
App ID
In your Sunshine Conversation dashboard, click on your app. Navigate to settings to find your App ID.
App Token
Generate the App Token using the ID and SECRET from your API Keys table. Head to jwt.io to generate your JSON Web Token (JWT) and follow the instructions below ⬇️
